HOW LONG DOES A MIX USUALLY TAKE?

Turnaround times at Scribesonics typically average around 7 days, depending on current project volume. If it's expected to take longer (or less), we’ll let you know upfront.

IS MIXING INCLUDED IN THE RECORDING PRICE?

No. After your recording session, you'll receive a rough MP3 version of your song for review. Professional mixing and mastering are separate services. (Rates can be found on our Mixing & Mastering page.)

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

HOW SHOULD I SEND MY FILES FOR MIXING AND MASTERING?

Please send all files in WAV format.

Vocals: No effects (dry/raw recordings only).

Beats/Instrumentals: Leave them with any effects you have already.

CAN I BE PRESENT DURING THE MIXING SESSION?

At Scribesonics, to work independently during mixing/mastering and to maintain focus and efficiency is the preferred method. However, before starting, we’ll discuss the creative direction in detail, and you’re always welcome to request revisions once the first mix is delivered. special arrangements can still be made if you still need to be present during the mixing and mastering of the project.

WILL MY HOME-RECORDED VOCALS STILL SOUND PROFESSIONAL?

It depends.
If your recording setup is high-quality (good mic, treated room), your mix will shine. If not, we'll still optimize your sound to its fullest potential, but it may not reach the same level as tracks recorded in a professional studio environment like Scribesonics.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO BOOK A SESSION?

The choice is yours. Check the Book Online page, or contact scribesonics directly via email, call, or WhatsApp to confirm availability.

CAN YOU MAKE MY MIX SOUND LIKE A SPECIFIC SONG?

Absolutely. If you have a reference track that captures the style, vibe, or effects you're aiming for, send it over. We can match and tailor the sound to your vision.

IS THERE AN EXTRA FEE FOR A CLEAN VERSION?

No extra charge.
